Shipping

Charges: Free delivery on all watch and accessory orders within India.

Processing: Dispatch within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

Delivery: Typically 3–7 business days, based on destination.

Tracking: Email/SMS sent when your order ships.

Delays: Not liable for courier delays, weather issues, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events.

Lost/Damaged: Contact support@fashioninmysense.com within 7 days of receipt.

Returns & Exchanges

Window: Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Product must be unworn, with tags intact.

Eligibility:

  • Exchanges for size/style concerns.
  • Refunds issued as store credit or back to original payment method.
  • Replacement provided for defective or incorrect items.

No Returns: Items marked No Return/Exchange unless defective.

Reverse Pickup: Available in most pin codes. Otherwise, self-ship; courier costs reimbursed up to ₹200.

Refunds

Processing: Within 1 business day after return is received.

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method or as store credit.

COD Orders: Refunded as store credit only.
